Tepekong is the rock formation that follows Mimpang and offers superb dives in the Amuk Bay area. This site comprises various zones, ranging from steep walls to the Canyon, and all are subject to currents and unpredictable conditions. For experienced divers, this site offers spectacular scenery with blacktip and whitetip sharks, barracudas, rays and even the occasional Mola Mola.
Thanks to the currents, the site offers good visibility and the coral reef is particularly healthy. However, diving conditions can change very quickly.

The Padang Bai jetty is a unsused cruise ship pier, built in the large bay between Padang Bai and Candidasa. The depth beneath the jetty varies between 5 and 20 metres. Rubbish and debris float on the surface and cover the sandy seabed: you’ll be amazed! This is where we encounter marine creatures so strange that it’s hard to believe they exist. This is what’s known as a ‘muck dive’. It’s an incredible dive for photographers and marine biology enthusiasts. It’s highly sought-after for its frogfish, devilfish, rhinopias, dragonets, stonefish, curved pipefish, nudibranchs, cuttlefish and seahorses.
